DC Comics vs. Marvel Comics

Hey guys! I have this in trade paperback form, and I was wondering if I could start some sort of debate for anyone who sees this thread.
The six primary battles were:
Aquaman (DC) vs. Namor (Marvel)
Elektra (Marvel) vs. Catwoman (DC)
Flash (DC) vs. Quicksilver (Marvel)
Robin (DC) vs. Jubilee (Marvel)
Silver Surfer (Marvel) vs. Green Lantern (DC)
Thor (Marvel) vs. Captain Marvel (DC).
There were five battles in which the outcomes were determined by the votes of fans:
Batman (DC) vs. Captain America (Marvel)
Spider-Man (Marvel) vs. Superboy (DC)
Wolverine (Marvel) vs. Lobo (DC)
Storm (Marvel) vs. Wonder Woman (DC)
Superman (DC) vs. Hulk (Marvel).
The ones that are on the left side are the ones that won their fights. I'm a little disappointed that people actually voted spider-man over superboy which is basically a younger superman. I get that spider-man is agile and a little stronger than normal men(kind of like captain america)  but come on. In my opinion superboy would trash spider-man in a fight, and storm over Wonder woman who is basically a powered down version of superman with more fighting prowess because she's an amazon warrior princess, losing to storm? I don't really get it. Storm can control the weather, and if she could hit wonder woman cleanly, wonder woman would be injured but not beaten. All wonder woman has to do is punch storm in the jaw and that would be all she wrote. Storm's main use in the X-men is providing cover and fighting from a distance, sometimes not really fighting at all. But Wonder woman was raised to be the best amazon warrior, if you think I'm right or wrong comment about it.

Most of the fights I thought were pretty fair, but I don't agree with all of it. Like Captain Marvel vs. Thor. the way Captain Marvel(Shazam) lost was a little hurried in my opinion. Something like (Hey we need to hurry this along so pick your favorite and get it over with). Because Shazam and Thor were fighting then they blew each other back, but Thor lost his hammer and Shazam turned back into a kid and it's basically Shazam's loss because he couldn't fight while being a kid. They didn't take into account that Shazam only needed to shout "Shazam!" to turn back into Shazam and put the beating on Thor because he lost his hammer. I know I'm a DC fan, and being just a little biased is acceptable for any fan. But if actual written facts about a superhero's powers and capabilities is better than the other, why make him/her lose? I know some people will say "because it's a popularity contest" yes that's why I was disappointed. Because they couldn't write their own story with the amount of material they had, and turned it into a popularity poll for those biased fans.

Don't get me wrong It's not like I'm not biased as well, but only when it comes to superman (which I think is the strongest superhero in any comic universe.) but when it comes to other character's I'm pretty logical about it.(me being a nerd) because I also think Wolverine can kick Lobo's behind. I mean he's immortal and basically indestructible so it's pretty logical to say he can beat Lobo once Lobo get's tired and can't fight back anymore; and I also think Silver surfer can beat green lantern (this is a legit silver surfer win, but he'll have a hard time.) even though I'm a fan of green lantern. the other's are pretty much a fight of luck. Like Aquaman and Namor.(I don't know too much about both of them to care, they both basically do the same thing in my eyes.)
These are just my opinions the results are already there. Please comment if you want to say anything about these fights and what you thought about them. Thank you.
