Lobo vs Wolverine - Who would win?

I just though of doing this because it was the most interesting fight on the DC comics vs Marvel comics post I did. These two are almost Identical, they should be because Lobo was actually created by DC as a more sinister(?) Parody of Wolverine, now please don't say Wolverine Wins because Lobo is only a copy because if you didn't already know Marvel has copied more heroes and villains from DC than DC has copied from them I only know of Lobo and Imperiex from DC's side. I'm not here to insult anyone, I think both companies are phenomenal! they wouldn't be here today if they weren't.

 Now I actually don't know much about these two, I only know about the simple details about them, so any comments about their more amazing feats and how that would affect their fight would be greatly appreciated by me and for future readers as well. 

Lobo - An alien who killed his entire race for a science project and gave himself an A+ afterwards, he is immortal at the level of being banned from both heaven and hell. Nothing can kill him and he will never age.

*Czarnian Physiology - It is said that Czarnians can only be truly killed by other Czarnians (though this does not matter to Lobo either way, as he cannot die by any means). Furthermore, Lobo has been banned from entering either Heaven or Hell. Lobo can survive unaided in the vacuum of space.

Wolverine(James "Logan" Howlett) -... I'm Wolverine. I'm the best there is at what I do, but what I do best isn't very nice.

*Superhuman Acute senses

*Superhuman Strength(2 Tons at best)

*Superhuman Durability(able to survive being hit by Hulk due to adamantium and healing)

Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox

I just watched this recently and it was the best movie I've seen in months animation and all. Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox is a DC movie Directed by Jay Oliva Written by Geoff Johns(original story), James Krieg(screenplay) and Andy Kubert(illustration), seeing the "Flashpoint" you can tell that the Flash (Barry Allen) is the main hero it focuses on, but the Justice League is also in it. 
The Plot is: the present suddenly changes around Barry Allen and he's shocked that his mother is suddenly alive, but the heroes he knows suddenly changed and doesn't know who he is. I highly recommend watching Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox as soon as you get the chance. 

I put it along the ranks or(to me its the best DC animated movie as of yet) even better than: Batman Under the Red hood, Green Lantern First Flight, Green Lantern Emerald Knights, Superman Batman public enemies, Superman vs The Elite. Along those movies. It also has a few flaws like every movie, nothings perfect but its so good that you can forgive any flaw you see. 

One of the flaw's for me was that superman didn't really have much of a role in the movie, because I'm a major Superman fan he's my first favorite superhero. That's the only flaw for me other than that it's perfect. Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox overall I would rate it 8.5/10 even against live action movies Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox is just really good.
